Returns/Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are not accepting returns at this time. However inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis, please email us through our contact page about any issues pertaining to your order.
If your request is approved, you will be notified with a resolution within 5-7 business days. For replacement products, we will auto ship these out for you at your convenience. For refund requests, please allow additional time for processing.
Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be unused, unopened, and in its original state.Please contact us within 24 hours after the item has been received.
Please include quality photos of the damaged and/or explain your circumstances if the product never arrived. We review these on a case-by-case basis and in the timeline they come in.
Shipping
Please be prepared to incur any shipping costs depending on your circumstance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept exchange requests at this time.
